CFP Fall Meeting 2011 Performance Practice

The next meeting of the AMSGNY will be on Saturday, October 29th in Manhattan. The topic is performance practice. Abstracts for papers on any aspect of performance practice should be sent to both DrJSDailey@aol.com and jonathan.waxman@gmail.com by August 15th. This is a wide topic, ranging from the interpretation of medieval neumes to the correct size of rubber duck to use in Cage's "Water Walk." We will be considering papers from all time periods. Do not send any attachments; paste the proposal in the e mail, and be sure to put "AMSGNY Fall 2011" in the subject line.
