The Greater New York Chapter of the American Musicological Society will meet on Saturday, January 29th at the Stony Brook Manhattan Center. Members of the chapter are invited to submit proposals for presentations on any musical topic.
Interested AMSGNY members may submit 150-200 word proposals by December 10, 2010. Follow these guidelines: 1. Send the proposals to both DrJSDailey@aol.com and jonathan.waxman@gmail.com. 2. Do not send attachments; paste the proposal into the e-mail. 3. Write "Proposal AMS GNY Fall Meeting" in the subject line 4. Include your name, phone number and e-mail address at the bottom of the proposal. 5. Only members in good standing may submit proposals. Click on the "Membership" tab above if you need to renew your membership.
