On Sunday, September 16th, the AMSGNY will host a meeting entitled "The Business of Musicology." This will be an afternoon of presentations and workshops on careers in musicology. It will take place at NYU in room 303 at 35 West 4th Street. There will be talks about working as an adjunct, "alt-ac" careers, marketing yourself, and other topics. The afternoon is free and graduate students and graduates in all areas of music are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
